RatedXSexToys.com is a new discount retailer with deeply discounted prices on many popular sex toys like vibrators, dildos, massagers, cock rings and more. They also carry a wide selection of x-rated games, gags, gifts and novelties.

The site is no-frills, but it is pretty easy to get around in. Unfortunately, like most new sex toy retailers that try to undercut the market, RatedXSexToys.com offers little in the way of customer service. Their site clearly states that “all sales are final,” and they try to get away with the old it’s “for sanitary purposes” as if they are required to resell used products rather than just eat the cost for the sake of their customer’s satisfaction. Perhaps this is a symptom of having discounted their products so much that they can’t afford the occasional return, but it’s a bad policy nonetheless. To make matters worse, they require that you jump through several hoops to return a defective product such as giving you a 30 day deadline, making you include all original packaging, and charging you a 25% restocking fee if you don’t follow their instructions exactly. They even state that if you don’t include a note explaining whether you want a return or a refund, you may not get either!

It’s obvious this store is a fly-by-night operation. It will be interesting to see how long it stays in business.
