Desire Secrets pulls the same scheme ad many other discount sex toy stores by trying to convince its customers that they cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that are unsatisfactory.  Their website states, “Once you received an order, the sale is final because of sanitary considerations.”  Of course, we know better than that.  ErotoToys and Adam & Eve offer returns for any product and for any reason.  The customer’s 100% satisfaction is the most important thing, and the items returned can be properly disposed of without causing any unsanitary considerations.  Desire Secrets just doesn’t want to do this because it would cost them more money, and they wouldn’t be able to keep low-balling the industry with their Walmart-style pricing structure.
