Babeland has been in business since 1998 and has been working PR pretty hard, appearing in magazines like Time, Cosmo, Women’s Health, Oprah, Redbook and more.  The store has a nice clean layout and has no doubt been perfected over the years.

Babeland offers free UPS ground shipping on orders of $50 or more which is almost as good as ErotoToys‘ free USPS Priority shipping, and way better than the free shipping offers for orders over $59 of Eden Fantasys & Adam & Eve.  The store seems to favor UPS, so if you’re interested in getting your item shipped via FedEx or USPS, you’re out of luck.  Discover card customers, sorry but you’ll have to go somewhere else.  Babeland only accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  No Paypal, either.

They offer a 30 day return policy for defective items and a limited return policy for non-defective products you’re dissatisfied with.  The products must be unopened, which begs the question: How could you be dissatisfied with a product that’s unopened?  The following products cannot be returned at all unless they are defective: Babeland Gift Cards. Harnesses. DVDs. Silicone Dildos. Fun Wand (Saturn Wand). Pure Wand (Jupiter Wand). Pure Plug (Mars Plug). SaSi.  Little Steel Vibe. Little Chroma. Transfer. Cherry. Le Petit Ami. Ramp. Wedge.
